After Three and a half years of trying to sell our home through various REALTORS and on our own we had finally given up on trying to sell our home. Then we met Tim O'Brien. Tim told me he could sell my home in thirty days or less. We decided that it couldn't hurt to give Tim an opportunity- we had nothing to lose. Within thirty days, Tim found a buyer for our home and helped us purchase our new home. We have to admit that we were not sure he could accomplish what he promised based on promises from other REALTORS, but he proved to be the best REALTOR we have had the pleasure of doing business with and we continue to refer him to friends and family! As a first time home buyer I was unsure of how the real estate process worked. Tim O'Brien was my saving grace. He took the time to explain the real estate process to me and "held my hand" through the entire process. He even patiently listened to my concerns when I became overwhelmed and re-assured me that I was making the right decision. He made the process painless and understandable. We met Tim 2 years before we put our house on the market.
